That is, they advertised something as being on sale and then charged me the normal price. In this case, that was almost double the sale price. I called customer support who could not help and said I should send in an email. I ve called my credit card company to tell them to deny the charge. Beware this company!2. My second order was for the flying back dual time automatic on sale on the website for $69.99. Original price was $199.95. I ordered this online and made a screen capture of the receipt. Then, on going into the order status screen, I found that it was invoiced for the higher price. I had to wait till after the weekend to call Gadget Universe- They were not sympathetic till I told them that I had screen captures of the prices. They agreed to refund the difference, but charged me the higher prices anyway. I am still waiting for the refund to show up on my CC. Interaction with the Customer Service employees, was very pleasant, however.
